Keep contributions useful
- Post tested satellite reception information relevant to the selected frequency and location.
- Explain equipment, dish size and conditions when helpful.
- Use respectful language and reply to the technical topic.
Not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, graphic violence or promotion of dangerous/illegal activity.
- Spam, deceptive links, impersonation, manipulated signal claims or repeated irrelevant content.
- Personal data such as phone numbers, home addresses, passwords, IDs or private conversations.
- Copyrighted images you do not have permission to share.
- Malware, executable files or attempts to attack the service.
Images
Only reception-related dish, installation, meter or signal images should be uploaded. Images are compressed and validated. Remove faces, house numbers, documents and other identifying details before uploading.
Report and block
Use the clearly labelled Report option on a comment, image, frequency or contributor profile. Blocking hides that account’s community content from your experience. Do not use reports to target people you disagree with.
Moderation
Reported content may be hidden while reviewed. Moderators can restore content, remove it or suspend an account. Severe safety issues may be escalated to the hosting provider or appropriate authorities when legally required.
